What Happens After You Send This

  1. We check for conflicts

    We check our records to confirm we are not already acting for anyone on the other side of your situation. Every law firm has to do this before taking on a matter.

    Within one business day.

  2. We read it properly

    We will read what you have sent and work out what you actually need. Sometimes that is less than you think. If the Vault would cover your situation, we will tell you that. If it is not something this firm does, we will say so and tell you who to call.

    Within three business days, and usually sooner.

  3. We put it in writing

    You get either a booking link for a call, or a Letter of Engagement setting out the scope, what you will receive, and the fixed fee. You know the number before anything starts.

If the matter needs advocacy, we work alongside a separate firm that handles that stage. We may remain on the employment analysis within our own engagement.
